In this video i will introduce you to the new shop car. A super RARE anthracite MKIV Supra, only 1 of 374 sold in the USA. The downside is this car needs a lot of work.... Everywhere. It has rust issues, transmission issues, engine bay issues, cheap parts issues. So it will make for a great project / shop car. The goal is to make this a BADASS street car setup.

The first step in the process is to get it driving. The R154 it came with was broken badly, no first gear whatsoever. In this video I will cover a complete end-to-end install of the new GR700A kit. This kit includes our new aluminum bellhousing, which makes the install process so much easier, as well as quiets down the driveline and also allows easy future servicing.

This is the most comprehensive install video I have ever done, I cover clutch install, bell install, driveshaft install, clutch pedal adjustment, clutch master cylinder, wiring and setup of the speedometer using the bluetooth app, transmission fluid recommendations, all the way down to my leather shift knob and boot cone install.

Subscribe for updates as we build this car. It is going to be getting a GR 8.8" rear end kit, a built stroker motor, and new ground up turbo setup, intake manifold, basically everything end to end! It will also be getting the body/rust issues fixed along with a new paint job. And no, we are not changing the factory color!
